Do you know the basics of curling and would like to share this with others? The BCC is hiring! Instructor training is available. $20/hr and gigs are being booked Oct-Apr! Groups may include friends, family reunions, wedding parties or staff events. Opportunities are currently available and are continuing to be added to our calender. The average shift is 2-3 hours in length, and shifts are plentiful!

Another opportunity is instructor our Youth Club. We have a small group of eager youth who are in need of instructors during their weekly program. Training is available and is currently facilitated online through Curling Alberta!

Event Volunteers

The BCC hosts many events and bonspiels (tournaments) throughout the year that rely on volunteers leading up to and during the weekends of. 

• Helping to organize
• General help during the weekend
• Decorating and setup
• Packaging gifts in kind
• Livescoring - Data entry on computer for select events - Instructions provided

Have interest in being a Board member? Throw your name into the ring for one of our existing Executive positions. Elections for our Executive positions will be in the fall.
